Warranty
The Bow-Wow line of merchandise is guaranteed to be exactly as represented.
Bow-Wow will exchange any article proven defective in workmanship or
material, provided it was not damaged by alteration, improper application or
neglect. Should any problem occur which appears to be the fault of the
product please contact Bow-Wow Auto Parts and we shall issue written
authorization to be returned with the part. Whenever, in the sole opinion of
Bow-Wow Auto Parts, an adjustment should be made on the part, then Bow-Wow
will do so. Shipping, labour, towing or any other costs are not included in
this warranty.
Merchandise Return
Merchandise may not be returned without written permission of Bow-Wow Auto
Parts. No returns are accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice. A
handling charge of 15% will be made on all merchandise returns unless due to
our error. No returns allowed on any electrical, special orders, books,
installed or altered parts. Customer must bear the cost of shipping on any
return, regardless of the problem. Copies of invoice(s) must be enclosed
with all returns.
Claims, Damage in Transit
Claims for damage in shipment must be made by the consignee(you) to the
freight forwarder as soon as damage is discovered upon receiving the goods.
We are neither responsible for, nor in a position to make a claim after a
carrier accepts a shipment from us.
Claims, Shortage in Order
If you have not received the exact number of parcels we shipped to you, or
if any of the cartons are damaged, then you must file a claim with your
delivering carrier as soon as possible. If you have received the correct
number of parcels indicated on the original bill of lading but find items
missing, then contact Bow-Wow within 5 days of receipt.
Terms
No orders will be shipped COD. The most convenient method of
payment is either MasterCard, Visa or American Express. When placing your
order, provide your card number, expiry date and cardholder's name. Orders
will be only shipped to the cardholders address. When paying by charge card
you will be charged only for the parts being shipped and any shipping costs,
i.e. postage if applicable. If there are any shortages or back orders at
time of processing, then you will not be charged for these items.
Environmental Levies
Bow-Wow has included all environmental levies in its prices. Shipping
Bow-Wow will charge the cost of the freight for the order being shipped via
the chosen method. For shipments that are overweight, oversize or fragile we
will advise the shipping costs before sending the order.
